Parents and Guardians, you are phenomenal! Thank you for a successful first two days of school, and welcome to Day 3! Our first two days focused on getting students into the building, acclimated to campus and staff, reinforcing dress code expectations, and becoming comfortable with our new entry procedures. Things are moving in a positive direction! As we move into our next phase, please help us reinforce a few important expectations: 🔹 Student IDs: For safety and quick identification, ID badges must be worn around the neck at all times while students are in the building. We are actively printing badges for newly enrolled students and are aware of those who have not yet received one. 🔹 Electronic Devices: Our simple rule is: If it does not fit inside the Yondr pouch, it should not enter the building. This does not include approved medical devices/supplies or electronic calculators needed for instruction. Every time our screening equipment detects an electronic device inside a bag, the bag-check process stops for additional screening, which slows entry for everyone. Please ensure all personal electronic devices are secured in the Yondr pouch before screening. Morning Entry: Students will place their bag on the bag scanner and their Yondr pouch in the designated basket, then walk through the Entry Shield. Once both the student and bag are cleared, they will immediately retrieve their bag and Yondr pouch and continue into the building. Please review the attached graphic with your student. Your support at home helps us keep morning entry safe, efficient, and focused on getting students to class on time. Let’s keep the momentum going, Grey Wolves! RISE UP!

Greetings, Parents and Families, Thank you for your patience as we work through registration and enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year. August 18 Registration Schedule • Registration begins: 9:00 a.m. • Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. • Registration ends: 2:45 p.m. This year, students with incomplete registration or missing documentation were not automatically enrolled, which has resulted in a higher need for registration assistance. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist each family. Registration Support To improve the process on August 18: • Families needing reactivation only will have a separate sign-in process. • Families will identify their registration concern when signing in. • Families who attended, but were not assisted on August 17 will be prioritized. • Staff will review each family's needs before directing them to a registration station. • Families will enter through the auditorium doors near the windows and exit near the registration team to improve traffic flow. Dropped Students: All students who were fully registered, had an assigned schedule, but did not attend school yesterday were dropped from enrollment. Parents/guardians of these students will need to come to the school with their student to complete the re-enrollment process. Please bring any required documentation needed to complete your student's registration.  Be aware that some submitted documents, including utility bills, were found to have been altered. To avoid delays, please ensure that you bring valid and appropriate documentation for verification. Additionally, zoning is based on the service address, not the mailing address. Please make sure the documentation you provide reflects the correct service address. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work to ensure all students are enrolled and ready for a successful school year. Sincerely, Shoemaker Registration Team
