Dear Iduma Families,
Happy New Year! We are excited to welcome our students back to campus for the start of the second semester! We were so thrilled by our students' behavior and attendance in December. We had the 3rd highest attendance rate for all KISD elementary schools.
We have a new incentive for the month of January. Students, who have no unexcused absences and are on time to school every single day, as well as have not received short forms or office referrals from today until January 30th, will be celebrated with a Glow Party! I have attached the flyer and students have already been told about it.
Here's a couple of ways we can help our students meet their goal:
1) Make sure students are on time to school every single day!
2) Provide notes for any absence or tardy if they aren't feeling well or have an appointment!
3) Encourage good behavior and reminders daily about school expectations!

Our talented Instrumental Ensemble has been very busy this past week! They proudly represented Iduma at a performance at Shoemaker High School, shared their music on campus, and helped spread holiday cheer at the CTC Tree Lighting. 🌟🎄
We are so proud of the hard work, dedication, and growth these students continue to show. Their commitment truly shines through every performance!
